From An Older House To A New Home

This is a new client who purchased an older home. This home had already been through a major remodel but still had a pretty significant division between the family room and kitchen. The family wanted to open the space to enjoy better with their family. 

We also did a bathroom update in this home and a 100% electrical upgrade throughout the house. We refinished all of the hardwood flooring, repainted the entire inside of the home, we gave the stairwell a complete update by opening it up, changed the handrail, opened the ceiling at the bottom of the stairs to provided better headroom, and updated the step treads. All of the appliances are new.
