Project Description

This home was a complete teardown and rebuild. The homeowner met with a designer from another country, and together they had drawn up a set of plans. We took those designs and created a set of plans with our design team that are compliant with our regulations. This home is a 100% custom home layout and open concept design. Everything in this home is new. 

Initially, we had talked about renovations but realized that starting over with the build would save her a lot of money.
